- Sign up, no card needed. Create a parent account, add a student profile, and start learning. We do not ask for a credit card to begin the 14-day trial.
- Your kid plays through "The Wind in the Willows" for 14 days. The full experience — illustrations, audio pronunciation, spaced-repetition reviews, parent dashboard — unlocked from minute one. The trial ships with a single book so you can evaluate the product without uploading anything.
- Subscribe to keep going + unlock book uploads. $19.99/month per student. Subscribing unlocks unlimited book uploads (any English EPUB or .txt file) and continues your kid's progress on the same account.
Common questions
Why one price?
Because we don't believe in feature-gating kids' education. Every parent gets the full dashboard, every kid gets the full curriculum. There's no "Pro" tier, no upsell — $19.99/month per student covers everything.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the parent dashboard or by emailing us. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and we won't charge you again. The first 7 days after your first paid charge are no-questions-asked refundable — see our refund policy for the full details.
What about taxes?
Stripe Tax handles US sales tax and EU VAT automatically. Where required by law, the applicable tax is calculated at checkout and shown on your receipt. The list price ($20) does not include taxes.
Can I add more than one kid?
Right now each parent account supports a single student profile at $19.99/month. We're working on multi-kid pricing for households with siblings, foster, blended, or homeschool-co-op situations — if that's you, email hello@evidencebasedvocabulary.com and we'll work something out.
